I think both JK Defrag and Page Defrag are excellent programs
But especially JK defrag suffers a lack of a GUI
Whilst this GUI is not perfect it does offer a lot of functionality and even incorporates other features – although CCleaner is probbly better for the other stuff
For the slightly more competent/confident user this is the way to go for free Windows Defrag
