Outllok is definately a troublesome program. Thanks for helping repair my outllok with these tips. I found that I needed to run scanpst 3 times before my Outllok would start again.

Thanks for your useful information.Microsoft Outlook provides an inbuilt utility known as scanpst.exe(inbox repair utility) that repairs your corrupted or damaged PST (Personal Storage Table) files. The utility is also used to repair Offline STore (OST files) used for offline access to Exchange Server folders.

The microsoft utilities usually do the trick for me and the times that is hasn’t I have had some success importing the .pst files into another email client and then exporting back out to Outlook from there
