This is a useful program but there are a couple of minor issues which would be very irritating and would be worse if you needed to use the program frequently. However it does the job easily and is fine for occasional use. There are other utilities that do a similar job which are mentioned in the links below.
Personally I rate this as:
Useful – Simple to Use – Needs a little work by the developer
What Could Make it be Better?
- Sort loss of “contact” with mouse on occasions
- Ability to drag the Window by the Titlebar
- Multi-monitor support
- Multi point measurements (measure a zig-zag line, curve, etc)
