ShellExView is a great program if you want to control the items available in the Explorer context menu. It is easy to use, has lots of useful extras and allows you to instantly disable/enable individual COM objects.

Personally I rate this as:

Very Useful – Easy to Use – Easy to instantly enable/disable COM objects to see the effect
