The Wiziple website gives the following details:
PicPick is an all-in-one software for software developers, graphic designers and home user.
It has an intuitive interface and simple, elegant operation. After starting the software, you simply select one of the tool from the PicPick Tools trayicon menu when you want.
It features a powerful capture tool, image editor, color picker, color palette, pixel ruler, protractor, crosshair, whiteboard and etc. You can use all these tools freely…….
PicPick is portable ware, so you don’t need any installation.
And, this is distributed as Freeware. So you may use this software on any number of computers for as long as you like.
Having installed PicPick the following screens and menus are provided:
This review will follow the usual format of presenting the majority of information as screenshots backed up by further information where necessary.

First Run
When PicPick is run it picks up any hotkey clashes and lets you make changes if you need:
Choosing the Yes button shows the Change Hot keys screen:
There are some “quickset” options in the bottom dropdown:
System Tray icon
When running the following systray icon is presented along with a Tooltip:
The systray has an extensive right click menu and submenus associated with it:

Main Window
This can be accessed from the Systray Right click menu or by double clicking the Systray icon:

Here is a pixelated example, you can change the degree of pixelation and preview:

Can either show pixel distance from top left corner of the screen or a point can be set anywhere on the screen by left clicking and then the pixel distance from this point shown.

Screen Whiteboard
Here you can draw in freehand on the screen over any existing window and then capture the result:
The right click menu allows you to:
- Change Pen size
- Change Line Color
- Change Line Width
- Capture Screen (To PicPick)
- Clear Screen

Perfect, I so needed this for screenshots of web pages for blog posts and such, hope this works better than copy and paste into paint, where it cutts off a lot of the page.
